It’s also not a quick fix or something that overrides your control.You can’t be made to do anything you don’t genuinely want to do. Hi, I’m Charnele Jordan.I created Neural Bloom Hypnotherapy because I wanted to offer something different from the kind of therapy that feels clinical, rushed, or stuck in endless problem-talking.I’m drawn to work that feels transformative, grounded, and respectful of the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.My style is calm, nurturing, and honest. I’ll meet you with warmth and compassion, but I’ll also be real with you. I don’t believe in coddling or keeping clients dependent. My goal is always to help you feel stronger, clearer, and more capable in your own life.This is a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and gently create the changes you’re ready for.

Yes — if you are genuinely ready to stop. Smoking cessation works best when the decision is yours and you’re committed to change. Hypnotherapy supports motivation but cannot override ambivalence.

Hypnotherapy can support weight loss by addressing emotional eating, stress behaviours, and mindset. Sustainable results still require practical lifestyle changes. I do not offer rapid or “quick fix” approaches.

Hypnotherapy does not replace medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition or are taking medication, continue working with your GP or specialist alongside any therapeutic support.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations within your stated policy timeframe will forfeit the deposit. This protects session availability and respects the time set aside for you.
